• What if I receive a security alert at each screen while taking the survey?
  Different internet browsers may have different security messages. You have the ability to turn this feature off. You can easily check the box indicating that you do not want to see this message at each screen.
   

• What if I need to exit before I have fully completed the survey?
  Attempt to complete as much of the survey as possible. But, if it is necessary for you to leave the survey before completion, respond to the current question you are on, hit the "NEXT" key to ensure we have collected your data, then exit the survey.
   

• What if "Please give an answer before moving on - there is a question on this page which you have not yet answered" is displayed on the screen?
  This message indicates that in an attempt to move to the next screen, a question on the current page has not been answered. Please respond to all questions on a page, then click on the "Next" button to continue with the survey.
